Terms and Conditions

Section 1

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure your reservation. Upon receipt, deposit funds are applied toward non-recoverable trip costs, including hotel reservations, activity bookings, restaurant commitments, and other advance supplier payments made on the participant’s behalf. Because these costs are committed in advance and are largely non-refundable to Koch Delta LLC, deposits cannot be returned.

The remaining balance of $3,000 per person is due no later than 120 days before the departure date (May 8, 2026).

Payment may be made by check payable to Koch Delta LLC. Secure online payments via Stripe are also accepted.

Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

By submitting payment (whether by check or via Stripe), the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Participant Agreement and Waiver of Liability, and the Disclosure Statement.

Tour prices are based on costs and exchange rates at the time of publication. Koch Delta LLC reserves the right to adjust the tour price in the event of significant currency fluctuation or supplier cost increases, provided the participant has not yet submitted final payment.

Section 2

Cancellation by Participant

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to dorian@autobahngrandtouring.com.

Deposits are non-refundable. If the balance has already been paid, amounts beyond the deposit are refundable only if Koch Delta LLC is able to fill the participant’s spot.

If Koch Delta LLC cancels the tour, all payments including deposits will be refunded in full.

Koch Delta LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to protect your payments.

If this booking was solicited at an event, club gathering, or away from the organizer's place of business, the participant may cancel within three business days of signing for a full refund of all amounts paid. See the Notice of Cancellation form provided with the booking agreement.

Section 3

Replacement Participant

A participant who cannot attend may transfer their reservation to a replacement participant, subject to written approval by Koch Delta LLC and the replacement meeting all participation requirements. The original participant remains responsible for all fees until the transfer is complete.

Section 4

Cancellation by Organizer

Koch Delta LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour if fewer than 4 couples are confirmed.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund of all payments, including deposits, will be issued. Koch Delta LLC is not responsible for non-refundable expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, travel insurance, and car rental deposits.

In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control), Koch Delta LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Section 5

Changes to Itinerary

Hotels, routes, and activities described in tour materials are subject to change. In the event of any changes, equivalent alternatives will be provided.

Koch Delta LLC strives to confirm final hotel properties at least 90 days before the departure date. All properties will be boutique, local, unique, or castle hotels consistent with the character of the tour.

Changes to the itinerary do not constitute grounds for a refund.

If a participant misses a scheduled departure, activity, or portion of the Tour for any reason, no refund will be issued for the missed portion.

Section 6

Rental Vehicle

The rental vehicle contract is directly between the participant and CarVia (carvia.de). Koch Delta LLC is not a party to the rental agreement.

Koch Delta LLC is not responsible for vehicle condition, availability, insurance coverage, damage, mechanical breakdowns, or any disputes arising from the rental contract.

Rental prices quoted in tour materials include VAT, comprehensive insurance, and hotel delivery.

Section 7

Driving and Participant Conduct

All driving is at the participant's sole discretion and responsibility. Participants must hold a valid driver's license recognized in Germany and must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

A mandatory Drivers' Briefing will be held on Day 2 of the tour. All participants operating vehicles must attend.

Lead cars will set the pace and route on driving days. Following the lead cars is entirely voluntary. No participant is required or expected to drive at any particular speed or in any particular manner.

This tour is not a race, timed event, or track event. No participant is encouraged or expected to exceed their personal comfort level or any posted speed limit.

PORTIONS OF THIS TOUR MAY INVOLVE DRIVING AT SPEEDS SIGNIFICANTLY IN EXCESS OF THOSE PERMITTED IN THE UNITED STATES. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DRIVING DECISIONS.

Koch Delta LLC does not guarantee access to any specific road, unrestricted Autobahn section, or driving condition. Routes may be modified due to construction, weather, closures, or traffic.

No participant may operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance.

Section 8

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Recommended coverage includes:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Emergency medical coverage
• Medical evacuation
• Baggage loss or delay

Proof of coverage is due no later than 60 days before the departure date.

Koch Delta LLC is not an insurance provider and does not offer or administer any insurance products.

Section 9

Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to participate in the tour. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate or that may require special accommodation.

Koch Delta LLC reserves the right to exclude any participant who, in the organizer's reasonable judgment, poses a risk to themselves or to the safety of the group.

Section 10

Photo and Video

Photographs, video, or other media taken during the Tour may be used by Koch Delta LLC and its representatives for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and print materials, unless the participant requests otherwise in writing before the Tour.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

Koch Delta LLC acts as the organizer and coordinator of the tour. Koch Delta LLC is not a common carrier, rental car company, transportation provider, insurer, or owner/operator of third-party suppliers. Rental vehicles are contracted directly between participants and the rental provider.

Koch Delta LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company. Wisconsin does not require seller-of-travel registration for this operation. Koch Delta LLC does not represent that it is registered as a seller of travel in states where such registration may be required.

Koch Delta LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, rental car providers, activity operators, and transportation companies.

Koch Delta LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from acts of God, weather, natural disaster, pandemic, government actions, border closures, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The maximum aggregate liability of Koch Delta LLC under these Terms and Conditions is capped at the total tour price paid by the participant.

Koch Delta LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that may not lawfully be waived under applicable law, including claims arising from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.

Section 12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington County, Wisconsin. The parties waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation within 60 days before initiating any legal action.

Section 13

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 14

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Participant Agreement, the Waiver and Release, and the Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Koch Delta LLC with respect to the tour.

Trademark Notice

Porsche, the Porsche crest, Carrera, Cayenne, Cayman, Panamera, Taycan, 911, 718, and GT3 are registered trademarks of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Porsche Club of America and PCA are registered trademarks of Porsche Club of America, Inc. CarVia is a trademark of CarVia GmbH. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Autobahn Grand Touring and Koch Delta LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Porsche AG, Porsche Cars North America, Porsche Club of America, or CarVia. Use of these names is for descriptive purposes only.
